OKAY WHAT TO DO
Go to mw2 multiplayer menu, then turn of the game. Load up black ops and go to that multiplayer menu and your NAT TYPE should be open
ANOTHER WAY
Go to mw2 multiplayer menu, then turn off the game, load up black ops zombies, back out and go to black ops multiplayer menu.
THIS DOES WORK
