You must already have a backup of Call of Duty: Black Ops.
External method: connect your external hdd to your PC and navigate to USB/GAMES/TITLEID/USRDIR/english/treyarch.bik.
Internal method: navigate to hdd0/GAMES/TITLEID/USRDIR/english/treyarch.bik.
Replace with some examples (downloads in descriptions)
