I defeated!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When you are playing black ops or any other call of duty game when you are in an online public match and if its one map in particular like nuketown before the match begins do you plan your routes so like your saying to yourself I'll rush down to the right and flank them throw a couple of nades hope for an early kill. The other day I was playing a map and someone said to me how do you know which way to go do you run around the map without thinking about where your going is it just your natural instinct so when you see a building you go in it. So before a match loads up do you look at a map and think to yourself ok which is the safest place to go flank them without being seen and where are the hotspots so where does most of the action take place like for example on the map cracked the middle part is a constant hotspot because thats where most of the action takes place so you wouldn't rush striaght down the middle because most likely you will get naded or get killed. Happy

Here is a quick tip if you didn't already know about this it does help you get less deaths.

If you go theater you can view hotspots of recent maps that you've played which is the big red area where most of the gun fights take place so you can avoid them next time you play that particular map I find this very useful. Smile

Okayyy
Do a barrel roll!
I run the same route every game. If they see I'm running the same route I'll slow it down a bit and not rush right in

Stansy
Who is Stansy?
I have the same spots I use on every map. So I run to the spot and protect it basically.
Strategy ftw!

There isn't much need for route planning, unless you are in a competitive environment. Every player has their unique routes indoctrinated in their mind with experience, and instinctively execute them every match. If you are playing with a party of inexperienced players, then that may example of one case that you may want to plan routes to ensure a win...

I try to avoid the middle of the map, I like to run all around the map and kill people running in the middle... Because they don't check the sides... And in each map I got a way to rush and never change it, Unless if I use the Sniper I'll place myself so I have a long view.

I plan my route by remembering what the positions were of the enemy who died and who killed on my mini map. If they run to certain places in the first round, there is a chance that the ones who died will run the other direction in the second round. The ones who got the kill, will run to the same place. If you spot someone who is rushing, then in the second round I would avoid the area the rusher killed you or a team mate, as he will go to that spot again in the second round. Its common sense really, dont play how your going to play, play how your enemy is playing, because if you know how to do this, you will know where they are within the first round.

Hope this helps.
