Try deleting gamedata and savedata.

Are you completely sure its the game? Try the game on idk someone else's ps3 and see if maybe its not that.
If it is the game then i recommend that if your gonna keep playing it( who isn't? Cool Man (aka Tustin) ) then i guess buy a new one or see if maybe try to delete some cache and stuff like that on your ps3. Gl on it Smile
