Tutorial :

1 - Create a account with no xboxlive
2 - Play black ops for once with the account without xbox live for the gpd appear in game list
3 - Replace gpd with a gpd in my folder in the account without live
4 - Place the file default.xex zombietron_patch.ff in the root of black ops
5 - Run black ops and choose system link and join with your xboxlive account
6 - Start the game with the jtag then quit with your retail
7 - Go to private match invite your friends
8 - Start the game and once you are in game log your account with the gpd modded with a second controller
9 - Enjoy press start or back for noclip and GodMode
