It does work. If you are still not getting lag, go on youtube or some other website that takes up bandwidth to increase its potency.

All you need to do is start triangle, but what is better is to do start, change sensitivity by 1, press circle and tap triangle twice. ten second lag.

You can only do it online, if your not host, & press Triangle then options then circle then triangle and then go back to the game it should lag for about 5-10 secs.
