i know its a Prestiege glitch

It's a glitch. The only way to get the prestiges is by having some one with a jailbroken PS3 recover your account so on there un-jailbroke PS3 then can host it. I forget what the file is you have to delete on the jailbroke PS3 to get it to work though.. If any one can reply to this with the name of the file that would be buzzin.
