Have you got the file in the correct folder?

There are other tools you can use like PKG Toolkit GUI

I Have it in my user folder (PS3 Modding) located in C:/cygwin/home/PS3 Modding

you need to have a debug eboot 1.02

no man i can't find 1 for my region the only 1 i got is EBOOT BLUS30591 for US AND i need 1 BLES01031 i asd around but nobody seems to have 1 or would like to share it

Do you need to have the patch.ff from the 1.02 put into the 1.13 update?
