You need to download the 1.02pkg and instal it on your 3.55 ps3 via instal package files...and thats it..

can u do it 4 me ??
i hv 3 ps3s but they all for my brothers and its all 1.13 and 4.11

No I am afraid I cannot if your ps3 is not on 3.55 you cannot do this, you can however host xp lobbies on black ops if you get someone to resign the save for you with xplorer. Unfortunately that might be hard, and I do not have the program.

i know how to make xp lobby
but listen if i give my friend my acc ok and ill host xp lobby in new acc and inv him with me they will banned the host or everyone was in the game?

No they ban just the host..
