It was on their twitter that they are working on it, or maybe its because your hosting zombies and you need to overwrite the save with the multiplayer one?

It isn't patched because people hack it everyday. Also they have secret lobbies where you can't be seen by treyarch :carling:

It's not patched but there's a hotfix that ban your account for using modded saves it happend to me in more than an account even when I'm playing private 10 mins and I got kicked out from multiplayer Not Happy or Sad

I know they had a hot fix to limit the amount of xp you can get per kill.
