You basically just download the files for the hack you want, (threads with hacked files everywhere, EBOOT.BIN, tu5mp.self, etc.), then you just put them on a USB. Then in comgenie's you go to hdd_0,>GAME>BLUSXXXXX, (Whatever BLUS your black ops disc is) then replace the EBOOT.BIN with the one on your usb, and the tu5mp.self with the one you downloaded. Since you had mentioned the 411 spoof i am assuming you are wanting to use on PSN ? If so you are out of luck =BAN. If for anything but PSN there are plenty to mods ,for campaign / zombies / multiplayer . Each requires different files to copy or installing packages ,if you go that route .I have make & posted many . Anyways when you want something in question, try to make sure you are asking what you want to do exactly to get the proper answer .Save yourself the headache ,zombies /multiplayer /campaign ,etc. If you are looking to mod zombies you can make your own & learn with the one i just posted for 109 CFG modz & works for campaign also + dead ops .

Install 1.02 pkg then get a 1.02 patch (There is heaps of them) Then go into comgenie's you go to hdd_0,>GAME>BLUSXXXXX, (Whatever BLUS your black ops disc is) then replace the EBOOT.BIN with the one on your usb, Then thats it lunch up mutiplayer or zombies depending on what patch you downloaded and thats it.
