Is this possible? Also if it is does anyone have the download without one of those ridiculous surveys on it?

Really doubt it. I don't do that kinda thing anymore so I might be wrong. But chances are it's real but only works offline or Flat out fake.

If it has a survey then it is defo a lie. Believe me... before i had a CFW PS3 i would go on youtube and do the survey and all that came was a text document leading to another survey. Don't do it because those trolls on youtube are just making money and using you!!!

Never trust surveys man if it were legit there would be alot of threads posted on xbox forums and so on about it.
