After the transfer was complete, i wanted to connect to the internet on my non jailbroken ps3 so i can go on PSN. I tried to connect but the internet connection test ALWAYS fails! Can anyone help me PLZZZ????

The Latest Firmware is 4.21 ... If Your Non-Jailbroken Ps3 is on 4.11 Then Just Update it to 4.21

When you try to connect which error code have been getting?

Look to see if internet connection is disabled. BTW wrong section lol
