Doesn't the EBOOT file has to be with your PS3 for it to work. I never tried the Trophy hack on Black Ops but I think it might have the same concept as putting on a modded zombies hack. Where did you find the trophy hack at? I would like to check the files out to see what's in it. Then I should be able to help out more.
