First of all you need a PS3 on firmware 3.55 or lower. After you get that jailbreaking is as easy as installing 3.55 OFW then installing your choice of CFW. For example kmeaw or geohot's CFW.

You can only jailbreak a ps3 that is 3.55 or 3.41. If you dont own one of them, its not likely your gonna be able to jailbreak it. Which means you wont be able to do the hack. Hope this helped

but if i give me acc to do it on some jailbreaken PS3 will it work on my "normal" PS3?

Sorry, but i dont really understand what your say. To be able to do it, you will need the prestige hack pkg. This can only beinstalled with a jailbroken ps3. Even if you resign the modded save to your acc, the hack wont work. unless you have the pkg installed.
