But, I've tried making a new account, while loading the game signed in trying to do the 15th prestige hack, BEFORE even doing anything, just having the modded patch and gamesave copied, I get the message when downgrading online settings, 'Black ops servers are unavailable' Can someone help me out?

i think the server is down because i tried from 3 accounts and still doesn't go online so dont worry your not banned

I herd rumors saying its because of the hurricane. The forum said it could take 4-6 weeks depending on the damage and someone said if its bad enough it could start everything back to level 1 no prestige, with no data or records?
