Ghosts has a firing cap on semi-autos on this game so.. I believe there shouldn't be a use for modded controllers.

Modded controllers still work with the pistols and marksman rifles. If you play about a bit with the assault you can slow some down slightly which improves the accuracy. The modded cont.s are not as good as previous cods but still work to the capped limit as stated above.
