I use that ladder a lot actually. Its easy to get to the roof if you are in the main floor at the building, or if you go from A down the road into the barbershop, you can jump to the ladder, climb up their, and get a few kills after they spawn at C.

Yea, seems like a good way to turn the table, but it is a risky choice, I always end up getting killed when ever I go into that house.

yep i noticed it, that building is my favourite camp spot, and where that ladder is is the only place i don't claymore(i claymore downstairs and the other side door).

i always use a heart sensor on favela because then your never surprised by someone jumping to that ladder, fantastic for scrambler too
