I know on CoD4 and 5 it did but it seems as if painkiller is an advanced version of juggernaut because it takes roughly twice as long to kill a person with it than it did on previous Call of Duty games. And I also dislike how you don't know if a guy even has painkiller until you start shooting them.

yeah i dont like thepainkiller bith where you shoot them and you find out that they have painkiller then

The guy has pain killer because he was killed 4 times in a row. You all have death streaks, and painkiller is no worst than last chance or mayrtydom.

1. It cancelled out Juggernaut, which gave you like 40% extra health. Painkiller gives you an extra 200% on top of the 100% you already have.
2. Yes, painkiller-users should glow yellow when they have painkiller active(I'm not taking the piss, I'm serious).
3. So yes, Painkiller is roughly twice as effective/annoying/nooby as Juggernaut.

It is crazy how much health they get. I can understand the thinking behind it, but 200% is a little bit too much. Making it a little stronger than using Jug would be fine.

Lol yeah, well the reason why it pissed me off so much is because I was on a 23 kill streak and some sir mc dousche rolls up around a corner, I emptied a lot of ammo into the dude that had painkiller and then he shot at me and I died and yeah it just really got me mad. But yeah, that's interesting to know that it gives you 200% extra health rather than your typical 100

It takes more than 2 bullets to the head with a sniper rifle and stopping power on to kill someone who is in painkiller mode
And 3 bullets with most other powerful weapons
And 4+ bullets with every other gun

Painkiller gives the biggest advantage of all the deathstreaks imo
