make it balanced ...

It can't shoot through buildings
But it has explosive ammo, so if you shoot to the entrance of the building it can be deadly

Most people aim at the red squares when shooting with the Chopper Gunner
All you have to do is hit it near enough the squares to make it explode and kill them

the only wall i know it shoots through is the metal in scrapyard

It does shoot through some stuff. Mainly metal buildings .

why dont you try it yourself, and you will find the answer.
or this is the first time you play MW2?

ive been shot thru a wall with a chopper gun so it can be done probley just not all buildings
