if you prestige normailly then yes if you prestige hack you keep EVERYTHING you unlocked

If i get someone to put me 9th prestige level 1 - I wont lose this?

You need to create the 10 classes that you want to keep thill level 70 becouse when you are going to change a class after prestige hack, you cannot choose the items above your level.
