Looking for people to do this on a free for all with mounted machine guns? or sentry guns or on a cage match with the boosting method?

i need to know whats the easiest way to deflect too. if i stand still, the riot shield absorbs the bullets. do i need to keep moving while getting shot at? and would using a sentry gun be easier?
