No they don't otherwise your accuracy would go down so much when you use the chopper gunner lol.

So on a knife only account I can still use ALL killstreak rewards and not gain shots fired ( Theres some controversy over Predator missiles )

Yeah , The attack heli's would be terrible also.
My knife only account has %100 accuracy

You need to be careful using things like the AC130 and the chopper gunner. When you come out of them its very easy to fire a shot. If you do accidentally fire a shot, go to dashboard because it won't count on the leaderboards.
