(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Is anyone putting in their code and it saying that its already in use, or getting some type of error?

last month I bought a 1year xbox live in a store , I enter the code and it didnt work , it was a new one but it was because of my region GT. with an american gt it works but not with my european one.

On one month codes I get an unexpected error please try again later :/ so I just traded them for h/s'

Well i had a 3 month, put it in and it said it was already being used. So i went through all this crap with xbox to get another one and when i got the new one the same thing happened. I've been asking around and some people are saying that xbox canceled codes, due to people trading them for hack/mods...is this true?
