Yes, it ranks you up faster - well all boosting methods usually do; claims are that some sessions can generate ___ (I don't remember what the xp amount is) - can have you ready to prestige in 2 Hours!

I think prestiging every two hours is an exaggeration. I SnD riot shield boosted ina double xp lobby for two hours back when they werent patched and I got from 1 to 63 i think. Domination probably isnt faster than that.
