Post: Suggestions for HD PVR?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My current setup has this asus 1080p monitor, but I really want to get an HD PVR, and record some gameplay. Do they sell a component to HDMI converter? If so, will it make my video lag? The monitor I use is rated at 5ms response time. I really don't want any more lag. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I had the same dilemma, you just have to deal with component cables at 720p. In does cause a quality drop, but it is manageable. Just leave your HDMI cable plugged in so that when you are not recording you can go back to it.

The problem is my monitor doesn't have a component cable hookup.
