When I play HC TDM at my house I still get the big Title and Emblem showing up when I kill someone or someone kills me. e.g. 'You Killed blah blah'. I'm using an LCD TV, HDMI and Optical Cable.

When I play HC TDM using just a scart lead and normal TV it doesn't show up like it's not meant to. Everyone I know who plays HC mode says it doesn't show up on theirs either (except on the left hand side really small) no matter what set-up they have.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows why I'm getting the extra HUD info when I kill/die?

The Title and Emblem show up on my screen while playing HC. I am using an HDMI cable. I have one friend that is having the same problem as you, it has been that way for him since day one. I am pretty sure my friend is using the VGA cable and out putting it to a monitor. I never thought that the cable connection would ever make a difference, but who knows.

Edit: I should also add that I play with about 15 people on a regular basis and this one friend is the only one that does not see the Title/Emblem.

Mine doesn't show up either non HDMI tv. That's why i hate playing hardcore i can't tell if their dead lol just an hit marker show's up.

I'm gonna hook up our little HD tv and switch the HDMI on the xbox cable and see if it show's up.

mine doesnt show up either and im using hdmi , only shows up if the copy my class :/

Hmm I wonder what it is...It can't be th copy of the game or anything because it doesn't show up when I use a different internet connection at my gfs.
