This thread will emphasize what's important to help you become a better No-scoper &/or Quick Scoper.
First of all, if your dead set on become one of the best CoD Quick Scopers or No-scopers, You need to pick your sniper rifle and stick with it. Each sniper rifle has it's own differences. I recommend you picking a Bolt-Action.
Stopping power is almost a must, unless you decide to use a different perk. Using a different perk may not give you a one hit kill.
Note: Stopping Power does not always give you a one hit kill, it helps if you shoot the enemy around the chest.
One of the newer perks called Sight of Hand Pro, Enables you to aim down scope quicker. Take advantage of this, because it shaves off a considerable amount of time.
As soon as you have unlocked FMJ, i encourage you to equip it to your Sniper Rifle right away. This will almost gaurentee a one hit kill. Even if you hit your opponent in the foot..
Something Most people may not have realized is that Lightweight Pro enables you to Aim Quicker after Sprinting. I don't know about everyone else, but i enjoy running around, so this helps me out sometimes, if i decide to use this perk.
Note: I encourage you to use FMJ as you are not using Stopping Power.
Positioning - It helps if you figure out how to position your sniper rifle just right at a certain angle when No-Scoping.
Finally, Steady Aim. Everyone knows steady aim improves accuracy while not aiming down the sight. So, this may help you, if you figure out how to properly position your sniper, when No-Scoping.
Tricks
360 Snipe - So, Have you ever been 360'd before? In other words have you been sniped after a guy did a 360 in the air before. Well to do this you must have your sensitivity up to Insane. This takes time to get down, as you must judge the timing right. Once your used to it, its easy.
Sniping While in the Air - Hmm, I believe this deals with you having a considerable amount of luck while falling to the ground
