how do i embed videos?

wow, i enjoyed watching that a lot. you had a lot of nice quickscopes and rpg kills, not to mention the 360 spin kills. i thought the video, however, would've looked a lot better if you didnt go to the blackscreen in between some of your shots. you only do it for a second, but if you go 30 sec in, you go to a black screen for 1 sec before going to your next shot. maybe its me, but i think getting rid of that black screen would look a lot better. overall great montage for your first.
