(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so last night me and some friends went into a FFA room so i could get him his nuke title and emblem, not because he cant get a nuke on his own because he does alot. its just faster. now anyways some d-bag thought he was going to come over and kill him with his m24 LMG well i went to go pick it up and it said
hold [] to pick up M24 Exploding Rounds.
now the thing was this, as soon as i went to pick it up my buddy called in his nuke.
the next round started and the same d-bag came to try and kill him, this time i actually got to use it. when i fired it at a wall about 50 feet in front of us it was like little tiny grenades going off when it hit the wall i was like O_O WTF!!!
i have never seen this EVER on mw2 since the game came out.
does anyone know anything about this?
is it a perk associated with maybe danger close pro?
can someone tell me? cause it was the coolest shit ever, i mean seriously F U C K the CP glitch/elevators/and nuke boosting exploding rounds on a gun in mw2 = best thing i seen ever.

ive got it, but never used it, all it is is the normal FMJ renamed.

LMG's already penetrate through all walls, in real life their rounds are FMJ so explosive rounds is the next move up, in game its just the name, they certainly aren't mini-grenades and it works just the same as FMJ.

You must of been taking shrooms or something, only joking, it may look like they are exploding, but the mind plays tricks on you and gets you to belive what you want to belive, it's just FMJ, but they can't put FMJ because the standard bullets are FMJ, so they call it explosive rounds, but actually its just FMJ.

idk i know what i saw >_> but im gonna go unlock FMJ for a lmg and see what i can get out of it. if anyone wants to help me out with that would be cool since i am not a LMG user and would like to get to the bottom of this ASAP

lol.... when you put FMJ on an LMG it says explosive rounds. the little explosions you saw is what FMJ does on any gun..

But i was thinking, Since LMG rounds are already FMJ's, wouldn't they add something extra when you unlock FMJ for a LMG... Like, the next step up or something.? HMmmmm.?....

no, lmg rounds are not already FMJ.........

in real life an LMG has FMJ rounds, in the game they are not a standard so you add the FMJ attachment and the game renames it explosive rounds, its only a name change and doesnt affect it in anyother way than using FMJ attachment on any other gun in the game
