A sniper rifle to the chest should be a one shot kill, espically with stopping power. I've even got a hit marker in a private match with minuscule health. WTF is going on?

Yeah, I went 1-11 with an intervention in estate because I kept getting goddamn hit markers, I was using stopping power pro too. IW needs to fix their shit and stop ****ing it up.

I just used the intervention today since I put it away for a few weeks. It does seem to be getting more hitmarkers. I checked the others and they are just as bad. Seems if it's far away and you hit the head it's lights out. Anywhere else on the bod seems to be 50/50 1-4 shots depending on gun. I only use thermal and extended mags. No stopping power
