these game studios are owned by Activision. Treyarch & IW are owned by ATVI.

To me, they're over rated. Made some games with fancy shit, but way too exploitable. Treyarch makes simple games, more tactical games. That's why 90% of Mw players hate Socom, it's too realistic and tactical. Mw=Spray and pray. Treyarch at least makes an effort to make a tactical game.

it's on their 10k. if you read my thread you'll find all the important information on the latest 10k filed on 3/1/2010 for the period 12/31/2009.

It IS the case. If you want me to post the entire list of subsidiaries I will be happy to, but it's about 85 subsidiaries so I'd suggest you review the 10k yourself.

As I mention in my thread, ATVI is a for profit company. They employee individuals to make the game to provide a value to the consumer. take 5 minutes and read it. Post any questions in the respective thread so we don't hijack this one.

As for IW vs Treyarch, I prefer Treyarch. TBH I still prefer WaW to COD4. If they fixed the MP40, then most people would have liked it better.
