personally i dont think they are...the cod4 helicopter was more aggressive

Yea the cod4 heli was more agressive but it was also the final killstreak. If the mw2 heli was like this 2 things would happen

1) It would piss people off that its overpowered untill people bitch n bitch n IW nerfed it like the models OR

2) All the kill streaks above it would have to be even more powerfull and that would just make the game unplayable for me at least.

Well the Helicopter in MW2 has more Firepower but it takes ages for it to lock at a Sight and it doesnt really do Damage trough Cover wich makes it the little Brother of the Pavelow. If you use the Helicopted with Danger Close Pro wich increases the Power of your Killstreaks it can be quite dangerous as it takes about 2-3 Bullets to kill an Enemy. So if you have Danger Close Pro I recommend you to use the Attack Helicopter but for all other Uses the Pavelow dominates

I think another reason why it seems less powerful is that it is a one shot kill with a stinger.

In COD4 you had to wait till it stops and then fire an RPG at it, hoping it will stay on target, then hit it AGAIN with an RPG (or use an LMG)... With stopping power pro it goes down even quicker with a gun.

If you have ever used the Pavelow its like a 1/5 version of that. It just doesn't want to shoot at any thing pretty much. It just flys over you and watches you run around. Not the best killstreak I dont prefer it!

if your getting shot by one go prone and it usually goes away, or run in zig zags as it's awfully in accurate

Is it just me, or does the pavelow just randomly shoot, all I hear is it shooting when its in the air, hell it shoots more than my chopper gunners do half the time...
