You get matched up according to your level. You might have a game with 10th prestigers. (Remember; 60% of 10th Prestige are hackers) I get in game with level 40's no prestige sometimes randomly.

ya i am prestige 3 lvl 70 and the other day i got matched up with 3 lvl 45's no prestige so go figure
