Which system?
I don't know any for PC, but for PS3 and Xbox 360 are no wallhack avaible (only the AC 130 wall glitch, but it's hard to perform plus you firstly will need a 11. killstreak) currently. Also I don't think there will be a wallhack on PS3 or Xbox 360 soon.
