Well, if you are able to read your Xbox 360 HDD on your PC? If yes, you can just pick up the Modern Warfare 2 save game and open it via note pad. Then, make a code with the tool above und copy and paste the code into the MW2 save game, save it and copy it back to your Xbox 360 HDD.

If you are not able to read your Xbox 360 HDD with your PC, you can't.
