I'm exactly the same.
I'm staying at 9th i got to many fall camos and red tigers and pr0 perks + 9th emblem looks better than 10th

Stay 9th for me, I see alot more 10th Prestigers than 9th, and 90% they'll be hacked, not legit.

you shold hack 10th get the title the hack back to 9th that way you get the title but keep your camos

stay at it because nobody but infinity ward knows how to unlock the last 10th prestige emblem
