sry, lets say you are using the scar and you hit 19 people but then you die. If you respawn and hit 1 guy would it count as getting "The Surgical" or do you have to hit all 20 in 1 life?

As far as I'm aware you have to get all 20 kills in one life, if you die it resets to zero and you have to start again.

It would be so easy to get 20 kills with 1 or 2 deaths that i'm sure you would already have it!!!

yea it works like that too im pretty sure...cauz thats how i got my mach 5 and perfectionist..it doesnt say that you have to complete it in one life
