If someone has a banned 360 (JTAG) I am willing to give them the key vault and all I ask in return is to be in the lobby as much as I want with any friends I would like to invite. Also any links to tutorials on how to get the key vault will be gladly appriciated.

You realize the one that never goes online has to be jtaggable to get the CPU key, etc.. off of it right?

yah, he said his cousin never goes online, and (im assuming) has the older

EDIT - Also, his request is no longer valid at the moment, as MW2 Lobbies are patched ( for the time being )
