It won't be before 1:40GMT. However Bowling said, it'll be when servers are at a low. So considering the yanks will be still getting out of bed and the kiddies will all be in school here, I'd say within an hour or two of that.

Yeah that's what I thought I got up early to buy them and play for an hour or two before school.
BTW. The last American state is Hawaii and its 11:26 PM in Hawaii.
