It's clearly pure luck and a little bit of technique, and yet players such as 'Optic Predator' can pull off a few no-scopes every other week.

Maybe he modded the game lol idk. My friend on ps3 got me with one or two shot noscoping everytime I spawn

Just keep trying, after about 10 tries I tend to hit any NoSc on MW2 or CoD4.
Thing is he does try several times, he just doesn't show it(Predator).
