I believe there is NO online Aimbot, only Singleplayer like campaign and Spec Ops.

the one in theUnkn0wns CVAR tool is an aimbot that shows the enemies locations to some extent. However, my friend told me that used to work as a proper aimbot, but is now patched. If you want to try it, download the SP CVAR tool and enable aimbot.
