M40A5 is the latest version of the M40. Thats why it should be added instead.

M40A5 came out on 2009.

Another reason why it shouldn't be in MW2,

Although the M40A3 (or A5) would be pretty nice as well.

Well considering the M40 is a USMC gun, the M24 standard issue sniper should of been in ages ago.
