My friend has a program called Modern Warfare Multiplayer and Offline hacks. He sent me a few screenshots of it and i cant find anything like it anywhere. Can someone send me a program in which i can open my MP Data to mod my splitscreen?

PS: He modded one of my classes to an empty slot and made me tenth level 70, so it did work but he cant send me it.
