Desert eagle is a high lever and i never used them in mw2
.44 magnums are okay.
But if you hit with the desert eagle i think you would kill them faster than with the 4magnums

although i love the deagles, the magnums have far less recoil and are the logical choice

Both have the same damage, both are 2 shots at the same distance.

degale kills in one shot to the head at close range don't think the magnum do but they are the better option by a long way

.44 Magnum is the better handgun. It has less recoil and an iron sight that could actually hit something..

The Desert Eagle has more recoil and an incorrect iron sight.

I use the Desert Eagle just because it was THE pistol in CoD4..
