I did it all before it signed me out, I went to online and it showed that I'd prestige but when I quit the game, change network settings back to normal, reload the game, install patch and then get into Play Online I'm back at level 1 NO prestige. Any ideas?

redo the prestige hack. I think thats all you can do. Maybe follow a different tutorial.
