Yesterday I was playing dom. on Derail and I got a chopper gunner. Shortly afterward the apparent host must have quit cuz it went into the "searching for new host" screen. Meanwhile as it restarted gameplay I only got about 5 seconds in my Chopper Gunner. Thinking that the time still accumulated while searching for new host. I know if you are calling in a pred. missle or tossing a nade and that happens, it will blow up during the 5 second count down before gameplay resumes.

Anywho, I was playing a game with horrible lag later and I quit as soon as the enemy team got AC130 and i guess I was host. Anyone else experience loss in time in Chopper Gunner of AC130 due to host leaving?

All the time. I've lost many predators as well. This game is full of problems.

if your playing SnD and you call in an Ac130/ chopper gunner or predotor and you get killed you lose it too its anoying

But isn't it better than "host ended game" from COD4?

Yeah, it happens, but I don't really mind, I'd rather that than the game ending from the host leaving.

yeah it is better then host ended game but they still should kill it.
