Because my accuracy has steadily gotten better, and ive pretty much hit a wall with opponents, ive never faced harder people than now. Just wondering if this is how the matchmaking works ?

usually it joins people within your area/people that will be at most advantage with connection. it's weird though cos sometimes i get paired with U.K peeps and i live in Texas... yea..

It doesn't base anything on stats. It tries to find the best connection.
