All weapons are posted under the assumption that one can accurately fire that many rounds in one second.
Semi-automatic weapons are listed at their max firing speed as per the Call of Duty Wikia. The FAL, for instance, can only fire half a clip in one second.
Akimbo and Silencer are not taken into account.
Range is listed as Close-Far (Sniper Rifles and LMGs do not have a range drop-off.)
Data for this is taken from the wonderful CallofDuty.Wikia.Com
Any values that were not perfectly accurate were rounded down (1/3rd of a round will rarely ever make a difference.)
Stopping Power is x1.4 Take these numbers and multiply.
(50-30) .44 Magnum: 300-210
(20-15)x8 AA-12: 133-100 per pellet
(30-20) ACR: 375- 250
(40-30) AK-47: 466-350 (The Wikia has the information posted wrong. The AK-47 deals 40-30, just like the tar, not 50-30. I edited this out.)
(40) AUG HBAR: 444
(70) Barrett .50 Caliber: 700
(50-30) Desert Eagle: 350-210

(40-20)x8 M1014: 120-40 per pellet
(70) M21: 700
(40-30)x3 M16: 306-230 -Questionable. I've seen the M16 kill with 1 burst at "Longshot" range without stopping power.-
(30) M240: 425
(30-20) M4A1 Carbine: 400-266
(40-25) M9: 600-375
(40-30)x3 M93 Raffica: 300-225 (I find it funny how this gun has the same damage as the FAMAS and M16.

)
(30) MG4: 400
(40-20) MP5K: 566-283
(25-1)x6 Masterkey (under barrel shotgun): 50-2 per pellet (2 shots)
(30-20) Mini Uzi: 444-296

(40) RP

444
(72-25)x6 Ranger: 150-50 per pellet (both barrels)
(40-30) SCAR-H: 433-325
(40-20)x8 SPAS-12: 80-40 per pellet (2 shots)
(25-15)x6 Striker: 300-180 per pellet
(40-30) TAR-21: 500-375
(30-20) TMP: 450-300
(40-35) UMP45: 420-367
(40-25) USP .45: 480-300
(25-20) Vector: 416-333
(70) WA2000: 420
Looking at these charts, one finds out that the Vector, though being the weakest gun in the game (per bullet) is almost a dead equal with the UMP45. The Vector also has much lower recoil, so can be more useful at long range (Especially with an ACOG sight.) The Vector is also very effective with Rapid Fire (unlike most other SMGs), because even while ADS it keeps recoil to a minimum.
The AK47 and the TAR-21 are almost equivalent to each other, though the AK47 uses ammo slower. The AK47 has less (actual) recoil than the TAR-21, but it also introduces an idle sway if attachments other than the ACOG are used.
Both the FAMAS and M16 deal the same damage per minute, but the FAMAS has a slower damage drop off, meaning it is still is lethal at mid-range, without stopping power. The FAMAS also cleans a burst faster and with less recoil than the M16.
It is good to take into account that the Ranger and the Masterkey both fire only 6 pellets per shot. The Ranger however, is a double barrel and thus can fire 12 pellets at once, boasting the ability that without using Akimbo it can kill at its max range with only one shot (provided 4 pellets hit). The Masterkey also has the longest range of any other shotgun (though, it’s very ineffective at its maximum range, dealing only 1 damage per pellet.) It is considered by some to be the best shotgun for use in hardcore, as it will kill at mid-long range with one shot, provided more than one pellet hits.
