The IP is your's... You can't change it.

the IP in the patch blocker is not the IP in my config settings in command prompt.

my system wont connect thru the proxy port.....ive tried changing ports and ip addresses to the patch blocker address and the ipv4 address in my ipconfig in the command prompt....and nothing connection always fails.

try using the same port but using the ip from the command prompt in your ps3

did that still nothing.
